I use it by putting 0.6ml under my tongue for a few seconds, I feel if I keep it there longer I absorb more. I won’t say this oil is tasteless but the hemp taste is quite subtle and there’s absolutely no bad aftertaste. I tried it in my coffee too and you can’t taste it at all. I haven’t had any bad side effects and it’s been keeping me on a level I like.
