I have always had problems sleeping. I get crazy, weird anxiety in the middle of the night and then don’t sleep well.
I have experienced a HUGE difference!! I take it about a half hour before bed. I fall asleep fast and can get right back to sleep if I happen to wake up in the night.
I don’t feel groggy and be much less anxious in the morning.Taste is just OK and no aftertaste.
I am also more calm during the day as well! Little things don’t bother me anymore. I’m just more “chill.” I’m personal care giver so being “chill” is important! ?
